Job Title: Clinical Support Manager
The Clinical Support Manager is a new role at Cydar, working closely with our Cloud Operations Team, to help ensure that the clinical users of Cydar’s Maps product have excellent online support as they plan, guide and review image-guided surgery for the benefit of their patients.
The primary responsibility of the Clinical Support Manager is the development and delivery of high-quality online clinical support, compliant to Cydar’s Quality and Information Security Management Systems, to new and existing customers.
The work is office-based, using a range of in-house and other software tools to monitor, respond to, improve and develop new solutions for clinical users of Cydar’s products.

Cydar Intelligent Maps harness the latest in cloud GPU computing, computer vision and machine learning technology to advance surgical visualization and decision-making in theatre, and across the surgical pathway. Our Surgical Intelligence system is learning from every case to develop a deeper understanding of surgery.
While there is some flexibility with hybrid working, it is expected that at least 3 days per week will be office-based in Cydar HQ in Barrington, Cambridge, UK, collocated with the Cloud Operations Team and the Head of Customer Experience.
There is an on-call rota, which the successful candidate will help develop further as our customer base continues to expand rapidly. The on-call workload is low-intensity and can be fulfilled from home.
Cydar is based in Barrington, just outside Cambridge. Our offices are in a historic water mill with views over the surrounding countryside.
